Installation:
Download and run the correct edition according to the
version of the Community Server your blog account is on. If you are not
sure, try both.

Usage:
To create a new form file, open "CSBlogger.xsn" in the installation
folder you specify during setup.
To open a saved form file, double click on it to open it directly.
